We’re here when you need us
The Florida Crisis Response Team (FCRT) connects survivors, caregivers, and community partners with trained crisis responders across the state. Whether you’re seeking immediate support, training information, or a partnership inquiry, our team are here to help guide your next steps.
Reach out for support
If your community has experienced a tragedy or disaster, you can request assistance from FCRT.
Our response teams are deployed only by invitation, working alongside local officials, caregivers, and first responders to provide emotional support and crisis intervention.
Please note, FCRT is not a mental health emergency line. If you are experiencing a mental health or medical emergency, please call 911.
For immediate coordination:
- Email FCRT1987@gmail.com
- Call 321-325-0844
- FCRT will connect you with the right team for your region.

Training or membership questions
If you’re interested in training schedules, becoming a member, or hosting a Basic or Advanced CRT course, please include your location in your message.
Our statewide trainers will follow up with you to provide details and next steps.
